Company: VIS & VMG Shift: Day shift Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Salary: Up to ₹25,000/month Role Summary: This role involves managing technical support for software, hardware, and digital tools across two organizations. The candidate will onboard tools, manage licenses, troubleshoot user issues, and ensure seamless tech adoption. Key Responsibilities: Handle technical queries and resolve IT tickets (hardware/software issues) Onboard and train team members on new tools (CRM, HRMS, automation platforms) Research, evaluate, and suggest new SaaS tools for operational efficiency Maintain digital SOPs, video tutorials, and knowledge bases Ensure data backup, security, and role-based access for tools Support POS systems (VMG) and remote workplace tech (VIS) Act as a bridge between tech vendors and internal teams Provide after-hours/night shift support for urgent tech issues (VMG) Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering Minimum 2 years of experience in tech support, IT admin, or SaaS implementation Experience with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, CRMs, HR software Strong troubleshooting and communication skills Ability to research and explain tech solutions clearly to non-technical users Ability to come up with new softwares and technologies Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹282,653.60 - ₹350,000.00 per year Benefits: Paid sick time Paid time off Shift: Morning shift Night shift US shift Work Location: In person
