Head of Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives.
• Oversee all marketing initiatives including brand strategy, product marketing, digital marketing, performance marketing, content, PR, and events.
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of marketers to drive creativity, accountability, and performance.
• Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
• Work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment across go-to-market strategies.
• Establish KPIs and regularly report on campaign performance and marketing ROI to executive leadership.
• Build and maintain a consistent brand voice and presence across all channels and customer touchpoints.
• Leverage data and analytics tools to inform decisions and optimize customer acquisition and retention strategies.
• Identify and manage key agency and vendor relationships.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience developing and executing successful marketing strategies across multiple channels.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and brand development.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence at all levels of the organization.
• Experience in [industry: e.g., tech, SaaS, retail, FMCG, etc.] is a strong plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹21,134.22 - ₹114,313.46 per month
