Job Description

Plan and implement merchandising strategies to increase sales and customer engagement. Arrange attractive product displays and signage that reflect seasonal trends and promotions. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely restocking. Analyze sales data to determine product performance and make recommendations for changes. Ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards and store layout guidelines. Work closely with the buying and marketing teams to align merchandising efforts with brand goals. Conduct regular store visits to assess merchandising execution and gather feedback. Train store staff on product knowledge and display standards when necessary. Stay up-to-date with market trends, customer preferences, and competitor merchandising practices.
