Meet our team


You will own outcomes

  • Build and own the marketing-sourced pipeline to support our ARR plan.

  • Deliver steady weekly

    qualified demos

    ; maintain 3–4× pipeline coverage.
  • Drive CAC payback to target and make attribution trustworthy.


What you’ll do

  • Strategy:

    Define ICPs, positioning, and the annual demand plan.
  • Demand Gen:

    Plan/buy/optimize Paid Social/Search; stand up partnerships, webinars, and trade-show follow-ups; scale email + outbound assist.
  • Product Marketing:

    Messaging, launches, sales enablement (decks, one-pagers, battlecards).
  • Content & Community:

    Build a repeatable content engine (case studies, calculators, “Site Walks”-style video), and nurture a landscaper ops community.
  • Ops & Analytics:

    Own HubSpot/Salesforce marketing ops, lead scoring, lifecycle rules, and revenue dashboards.
  • Team:

    Build a lean in-house team and manage specialized freelancers/agencies.
  • Website:

    Convert—own landing pages, A/B tests, and site performance.


Must-haves

  • 8–12+ years in B2B SaaS marketing with

    direct pipeline ownership

    at sub-$20M ARR.
  • Proven SMB demand gen in the U.S.; has turned around or scaled at least one core channel.
  • Strong product marketing chops: crisp messaging, sales enablement, objection handling.
  • Fluent with

    HubSpot

    , paid channels, SEO/content, and attribution.
  • Numbers driven: builds funnel models, forecasts pipeline, and defends budget with data.
  • Operator mindset: can personally ship ads, emails, and landing pages when needed.
  • Able to use AI tools to maximise outcomes and scale reach.


Nice-to-haves

  • Construction tech / GIS / field-service audience experience.
  • Landscaping or snow industry exposure; trade-show and partnerships background.
  • Comfortable on camera / creator energy for founder-led content.


What success looks like (at first checkpoint 6 months)

  • Marketing-sourced pipeline consistently meets plan; demo volume up 2x.
  • 2–3 reliable channels producing within CAC targets.
  • Sales says: “Leads are qualified and enabled.” Attribution is trusted.
  • Close rates ticking upwards


Hiring Process

  • Starts with screening call by HR to learn why you are interested in the role and evaluate fit
  • Followed by intro call with the CEO to evaluate temperament.
  • Followed by calls with current marketing team lead and CPO to evaluate skills.
  • Followed by creation of 90 month marketing plan and another round with CEO to discuss the plan.
  • Final round to answer any open ended questions
