What You'll Do (Your Responsibilities):

• Architect the Narrative:

  Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy that positions Cryptoforce as the undisputed leader in trust and transparency in the Indian market.

• Lead the Relaunch:

  Spearhead the marketing campaign to reactivate our dormant user base of over 1 million KYC'd traders, turning our biggest asset into our most powerful growth engine.

• Build a Modern Marketing Engine:

  Design and manage a "Trust Funnel," moving beyond traditional metrics to measure what truly matters: user confidence, first-time deposit size, and referral rates.

• Drive Multi-Product Growth:

  Create and implement distinct marketing strategies for our three core pillars: the

  Cryptoforce Spot & Futures

  exchange for retail users, and

  Payonramp.com

  for our B2B clients.

• Champion Education Over Speculation:

  Build and lead our content strategy, transforming complex topics like Proof of Reserves and market liquidity into clear, compelling, and "binge-worthy" content for the everyday Indian investor.

• Curate a Network of Experts:

  Manage our influencer program with a focus on partnering with credible "Educators"—chartered accountants, financial advisors, and security experts—not just hype-driven KOLs.

• Build and Lead the Team:

  Recruit, mentor, and lead a lean, high-performance marketing team to execute your vision.

Who You Are (Our Ideal Candidate):

• A Proven Web3 Marketer (Non-Negotiable):

  You have 5+ years of marketing experience, with a significant and demonstrable track record of success in a leadership role at a Web3 or cryptocurrency company.

• An Expert on the Indian Market:

  You have a deep, nuanced understanding of the Indian crypto user, their motivations, their fears, and the regulatory landscape they operate in.

• A "Trust-First" Storyteller:

  Your portfolio shows a history of building brands on substance, education, and community, not just short-term hype cycles and giveaways.

• A Data-Driven Strategist:

  You are fluent in the language of data, from user acquisition funnels to cohort analysis, and are excited by the challenge of measuring metrics like user trust and loyalty.

• A Leader and a Builder:

  You have experience building and managing teams and are excited by the opportunity to create a world-class marketing function from the ground up.
