What You'll Do (Your Responsibilities): Own the Regulatory Relationship: Act as the primary liaison with FIU-India and other regulatory bodies, ensuring a relationship built on transparency and trust. Architect the Framework: Design, implement, and continuously enhance our end-to-end AML, CFT, and KYC policies and procedures across all our platforms (Spot, Futures, and our B2B on-ramp, Payonramp). Lead Critical Reporting: Serve as the final authority on the investigation and filing of all Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) and other regulatory filings. Drive a Culture of Compliance: Develop and conduct ongoing compliance training for the entire company, from the support desk to the founding team. Strategic Risk Assessment: Oversee the due diligence process for high-risk clients, new products (like our "Cryptoforce Launchpad"), and B2B partners. Embed Compliance into Product: Work directly with our Product and Tech teams to ensure that compliance and user safety are built into the DNA of every feature we ship.
