About the Role



Responsibilities



  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies

    : Create comprehensive digital marketing plans that align with the company's business objectives and drive revenue growth through Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Email Campaigns that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Campaign Management

    : Oversee the planning, development, and execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
  • Revenue Generation

    : Utilize data-driven strategies to identify opportunities for revenue generation and implement effective marketing campaigns to capitalize on these opportunities.
  • Performance Analysis

    : Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Budget Management

    : Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Market Research

    : Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to keep the company's digital marketing efforts current and effective.
  • Customer Relationship Management

    : Implement and optimize CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
  • Influencer Marketing

    : Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, influencers, and partners in the industry. Collaborating with PR Agencies to maintain and enhance the brand reputation.



Qualifications



  • Experience

    : 6 to 15 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on revenue generation.
  • Education

    : Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Technical Skills

    : Proficiency in Digital Marketing Tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, Email marketing software, and CRM systems.
  • Analytical Skills

    : Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Leadership Skills

    : Proven ability to lead and manage a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative Thinking

    : Innovative mindset with a strong ability to develop creative marketing solutions.
  • Results-Oriented

    : Demonstrated track record of achieving measurable business results through effective marketing strategies.



Preferred Skills



  • Certifications
