Job Description

Netoyed is a fast-growing IT Services provider in the Technology space. Netoyed Creative Studio is the creative and branding division of Netoyed. Our Creative studio drives impactful campaigns, branding, design, and communications for global enterprises, government mandates, and high-growth businesses.


Note: This is a hands-on role,

Please don't apply if you are not comfortable with rolling your sleeves up and showing how it's done. We are not looking for passive managers.


Role:

Head of Marketing & Creative Services


KRAs:

Leadership and Quality Assurance:

  • Define and own the marketing & creative vision for Netoyed Creative Studio.
  • Drive positioning, messaging, and differentiation for Netoyed and its clients.
  • Oversee integrated campaigns across digital, social, offline, and experiential platforms.
  • Build and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for creative services.


Creative Direction:

  • Lead design, content, and storytelling across branding, websites, social, and campaigns.
  • Supervise art direction, copywriting, and motion/visual production.
  • Ensure alignment with client brand guidelines, including 

    DBIM, GIGW 3.0, WCAG 2.1

    , and industry best practices.


Marketing:

  • Oversee SEO, SEM/PPC, social media, content marketing, and influencer engagement.
  • Leverage analytics to drive ROI on campaigns (RoAS, CPV, CTR, engagement).
  • Manage CRM, automation, and marketing tech stack to scale campaigns.

Client engagement:

  • Act as a senior partner for clients in government, enterprise, and education.
  • Translate business requirements into creative/marketing solutions.
  • Drive account expansion through cross-selling creative + tech services.


Team Leadership:

  • Build and mentor a multi-disciplinary team (designers, copywriters, marketers, strategists).
  • Foster a culture of creativity, experimentation, and performance.
  • Show how it's done.


KPIs:

  • Growth in client accounts & revenue from creative services.
  • Campaign RoAS, lead generation, and engagement metrics.
  • Client satisfaction (NPS, retention, testimonials).
  • Delivery quality (on-time, on-brand, compliant).
  • Internal efficiency (resource utilization, cost vs output).


Requirements:

  • 10+ years in marketing, branding, or creative leadership roles.
  • Proven success in managing 

    integrated creative & marketing teams

    .
  • Strong understanding of 

    digital marketing (SEO, PPC, social)

     and 

    creative services (branding, design, UX/UI)

    .
  • Good to have but not necessary: Exposure to 

    government mandates, compliance-driven branding (GIGW/DBIM)

    , and enterprise campaigns.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.


Qualifications:

  • Experience with agencies or consultancies serving global & private clients.
  • Strong portfolio of campaigns, case studies, and creative strategies.
  • Certifications in 

    Google Ads, Analytics, HubSpot, or Meta Ads

     (a plus).
  • Understanding of emerging tools like 

    AI for content/design (Framer, Webflow, Figma AI, ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.)

    .
