Job Description

  • Role Overview We are seeking a Head of GTM Strategic Alliances to establish and lead our go-to-market (GTM) organization
  • This leader will be responsible for shaping the overall GTM strategy with technology partners, building high-impact alliances, and driving joint business growth
  • Beyond partnerships, the role requiressolution engineering expertise to conceptualize and package joint offerings that combine partner technologies with our product engineering services
  • The Head of GTM will report directly to theSenior Vice President (SVP) and collaborate closely with sales, engineering, delivery, and marketing functions
  • Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic GTM Leadership Define and establish the GTM organization, structure, and processes
  • Build and lead a team to deliver joint GTM initiatives with technology partners
  • Develop multi-year GTM roadmaps that align with company goals and partner strategies
  • Solution Engineering Joint Offerings Translate customer and market needs into joint solution architectures and packaged offerings
  • Partner with engineering and delivery teams to design, validate, and industrialize repeatable solutions
  • Ensure offerings are scalable, differentiated, and revenue-generating in the partner ecosystem
  • Partner Management Business Growth Own senior-level relationships with partner executives to define and drive joint GTM priorities
  • Negotiate partnership terms, joint business plans, and solution co-investments
  • Drive pipeline generation, co-selling motions, and revenue growth through strategic alliances
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with sales, engineering, delivery, and marketing to ensure seamless execution of GTM initiatives
  • Enable field teams with solution collateral, training, and joint messaging
  • Act as the bridge between partner strategy and internal execution
  • Operational Excellence Establish clear KPIs and metrics to measure GTM success, ROI, and revenue impact
  • Set up a rhythm of business with partners and internal stakeholders
  • Continuously refine GTM strategies based on market trends and partner evolution
  • Mindset Attributes Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into execution
  • Strong solution orientation capable of engaging in technical/solution discussions while maintaining business focus
  • Collaborative leader, comfortable operating across global teams and diverse partner ecosystems
  • Entrepreneurial, resilient, and able to thrive in a build-from-scratch environment
  • Experience Qualifications 15 20+ years in alliances, GTM strategy, or solution engineering leadership roles
  • Proven track record of building joint solution offerings and GTM programs with global technology partners
  • Strong grounding in enterprise technologies, product engineering, and services integration
  • Demonstrated success in delivering measurable business growth through alliances
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive stakeholder management skills
