Job Title:

Head - Finance & Accounts

15+ experience in Finance, Accounts, Taxation , Costing & Budgeting in EPC & Manufacturing industry.

Technical Skill

Proficiency in SAP ( FICO ) & other analytical tools ( Excel , Power BI )

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (Qualified) - Mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for monitoring P&L at the company level.
• Supervising and monitoring the activities of the finance and accounts department at the plant level, Division level and Head office level.
• Responsible for System Implementation through digitalisation process ( SAP ) and other tools
• Responsible for audit, such as, Financial audit, tax audit, statutory audit etc.
• Responsible for compliances with the various commercial laws.
• Ensure compliance related to income tax of employees/ company
• Ensure compliances related to corporate tax, sales tax, customs & excise etc.
• Ensure regular/ timely reporting to management on MIS related to budget, P&L, cash flow management etc.
• Responsible for management accounting like monthly production and stock statement, monthly expenditure statement, monthly cash flow statement, contribution analysis, monthly profit and loss statement.
• Member of the core team for evolving and monitoring business and strategic plan.
• Periodical review of issues relating to budgetary control/ system based on periodical reports of the Finance controllers and initiate appropriate actions.
• Cost analysis and cost control
• Analysis of the financial performance of the company and various divisions.
• Preparing & monitoring budget of the department for management approval & implementation.
• Responsible for recruitment, development, engagement, performance monitoring and retention of department managers and team members.
• Ensure 100% implementation of digitalisation initiatives
