About the client:


Our Client is a fast-growing D2C fashion brand pioneering Real-Time Retail with rapid

product launches and efficient supply-chain practices. They are building the next generation of

Indian fashion brands with tech-enabled operations, streamlined manufacturing, and working

capital efficiency at the core.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:


1. Financial Planning Analysis


- Prepare

Monthly MIS

covering PL, cash flow, variance analysis, and inventory aging.

- Forecast

working capital requirements

based on production cycles, vendor terms, and sales projections.

- Conduct margin analysis, cost optimization, and scenario planning for management decisions.

2. Working Capital Cash Flow Management


- Manage

end-to-end cash flow

including receivables, payables, and vendor credit cycles.

- Work with banks to secure

best-in-class Line of Credit (LOC) terms

, ensuring sufficient liquidity at the lowest cost.

- Track inventory efficiency (RM, WIP, FG) to maintain optimal

inventory turns

and reduce cash blockage.

3. Vendor Bank Relations


- Negotiate with vendors for

aligned payment cycles

based on LOC limits.

- Build strong banking relationships for

LOC renewal, interest rate negotiations, and

credit enhancements

.

- Implement transparent processes for vendor payments linked to production milestones.

4. ERP Process Implementation


- Lead

ERP implementation

(Ginesys/other) for finance and inventory modules.

- Ensure

BOM accuracy

for true costing and profitability tracking.

- Automate reporting for

real-time visibility

on cash flow, working capital, and financial KPIs.

5. Risk Management Compliance


- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other financial regulations.

- Implement internal controls for vendor payments, inventory valuation, and credit utilization.

- Proactively monitor liabilities to avoid financial risks.

Qualification and Experience:


- Education:

CA / CMA / MBA Finance.


- Experience:

812 years in finance roles in

manufacturing or D2C/e-commerce

sectors.
