Roles and Responsibilities

- Financial Leadership: Define and execute the organization’s global financial vision and strategy aligned with long-term business goals.

- Risk & Capital Management: Assess liabilities, investments, and capital structures; ensure healthy cash flows to support global operations.

- Fundraising & Treasury: Lead fundraising efforts, including structured funding for international acquisitions and greenfield projects.

- Financial Planning & Analysis: Drive forecasting, budgeting, financial modelling, variance analysis, and quarterly portfolio reviews for strategic decision-making.

- Compliance & Governance: Ensure robust compliance with statutory, regulatory, and internal financial policies.

- Stakeholder & Investor Relations: Serve as the finance interface for banks, investors, and government bodies, managing key relationships.

- Process Excellence: Champion process improvements, revenue optimization, and financial consolidation initiatives across functions.

Skills and qualifications

- CA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent with 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in global or high-growth organizations.

- Proven expertise in fundraising, capital structuring, treasury management, and risk management across geographies.

- Strong experience in financial analysis, forecasting, compliance, and performance reporting. - Hands-on exposure to investor relations, government liaisoning, and structured funding for large-scale projects.

- Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
