Job Description

Head – Finance

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee all finance and accounting operations.
Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support business decision-making.
Ensure statutory compliance, taxation, and audit readiness.
Prepare accurate MIS reports, dashboards, and financial statements.
Implement, manage, and optimize finance processes using Odoo ERP (Accounting, Invoicing, Compliance, Reporting).
Collaborate with other departments to integrate finance with HR, operations, and inventory.

100% accuracy in financial reporting.
Timely statutory compliance and audit completion.
Efficient cash flow and expense management.
Transparent and reliable MIS for management decisions.
Improved efficiency and automation in finance processes through Odoo ERP.
