Adsparkx is a performance marketing agency specializing in affiliate marketing and media buying across international markets. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Finance Head to lead our finance function, drive strategic financial planning, and ensure the company’s financial health.

• Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance oversight.
• Oversee end-to-end finance operations including accounting, compliance, taxation, payroll, and audits of the firm and group of companies.
• Develop and implement financial strategies, annual budgets, forecasts, and MIS reporting.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and profitability while ensuring cost optimization.
• Ensure statutory compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, foreign compliance, and other regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, and external stakeholders.
• Provide financial insights to leadership for decision-making and business growth strategies.
• Build and implement internal financial controls, processes, and best practices.
• Collaborate with leadership on financial planning for international operations and client/vendor transactions.
• Manage promoters and company portfolios with a focus on investment management.
• Review legal agreements and coordinate with the legal team.
• Attend client calls and lead negotiations with US-based clients.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or related field (CA/ICWA preferred).

• CA Intermediate candidates or those who have appeared for the exam may also apply (salary capped at ₹20 LPA).

• 8+ years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or team management role.
• Strong knowledge of Indian taxation, foreign taxation, statutory compliance, and corporate finance.
• Proven ability to manage and lead teams effectively.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience in the digital marketing, advertising, or IT industry will be an added advantage.

• Very strong communication skills are required, as the role involves frequent interaction with US-based clients.
