Based at the Bangalore head office, this position partners directly with the India GM to drive governance, performance, and growth. The company supports long-term careers and internal mobility across regions. In this position, you will: Act as a strategic business partner to the India GM and leadership team, providing financial insights to guide commercial and operational decisions. Lead core finance activities — reporting, budgeting, compliance, and performance management — ensuring accuracy and transparency. Drive capital planning, treasury, and investment decisions while overseeing tax matters with specialist support. Build strong links with regional and global finance teams, aligning India’s financial practices with global standards (including US GAAP). Champion governance, ethics, and financial controls as the business transitions from an import/distribution model to a more locally established supply chain. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline. 10+ years’ progressive finance leadership within a multinational company, combining controllership with business partnering. Strong command of US GAAP and Indian regulatory/filing landscape. Background in manufacturing and/or experience setting up or scaling finance functions in growth environments.
