In this position, you will:

• Act as a strategic business partner to the India GM and leadership team, providing financial insights to guide commercial and operational decisions.
• Lead core finance activities reporting, budgeting, compliance, and performance management ensuring accuracy and transparency.
• Drive capital planning, treasury, and investment decisions while overseeing tax matters with specialist support.
• Build strong links with regional and global finance teams, aligning India's financial practices with global standards (including US GAAP).
• Champion governance, ethics, and financial controls as the business transitions from an import/distribution model to a more locally established supply chain.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years progressive finance leadership within a multinational company, combining controllership with business partnering.
• Strong command of

  US GAAP

  and Indian regulatory/filing landscape.
• Background in manufacturing and/or experience setting up or scaling finance functions in growth environments.
• Solid expertise in capital allocation, treasury, and foreign exchange management, with comfort operating in a global matrix.
• Collaborative, modern leadership style with high integrity and ability to bring structure to ambiguity.
