  • Develop EMS into a standalone business line with monetization strategies (SaaS, licensing, OEM bundling).
  • Track business KPIs such as deployment cost, uptime, and customer satisfaction.

Innovation & Future Roadmap

  • Integrate emerging technologies like predictive dispatch, EV charging, and green hydrogen.
  • Champion the use of AI/ML and digital twins in control strategy development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Control Systems, or Computer Science.
  • 15 - 20 years experience in SCADA/EMS/PPC systems, preferably within renewables or BESS.
  • Leadership in engineering/product teams focused on inverter controls, DERMS, or microgrids.
  • In-depth understanding of grid integration standards and protocols (IS, IEEE, IEC 61850, Modbus, DNP3).
  • Proven track record in product deployment, cloud integration, and customer solutions.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with EMS in India and Southeast Asia.
  • Knowledge of digital twins, DERMS, and AI-based energy dispatch.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
