Role Overview

Head of Digital Product

strategic and hands-on

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Vision & Strategy

• Define and execute the overall

  product strategy

  , roadmap, and north-star metrics for GrowQR.ai.
• Translate founder concepts into

  clear narratives, product stories, and feature frameworks

  .
• Align product direction with business goals, user insights, and AI-driven opportunities.

2. Full Lifecycle Product Ownership

• End-to-end ownership from

  ideation → wireframes → prototypes → user testing → final UI/UX → deployment → optimization

  .
• Lead concept development, low-fidelity and high-fidelity design, user journeys, and information architecture.
• Build

  customer personas

  , empathy maps, and segmentation frameworks for seekers, providers, and enterprise clients.
• Drive

  CX mapping

  across all touchpoints (web, mobile, QR flows, AI interactions, onboarding).
• Work closely with engineering, AI/ML teams, and design teams to ensure smooth execution with minimal hops and maximum scalability.

3. UX/UI & Design Leadership

• Champion

  simple, intuitive, minimalistic design

  aligned with the GrowQR.ai brand.
• Lead web and mobile experience design (PWA, app, marketplace, dashboards, QR-based interactions).
• Create and iterate low-fidelity sketches, mockups, user flows, clickable prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
• Ensure consistency of typography, color palettes, iconography, and visual branding across digital products.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with engineering, marketing, AI agents team, data science, and operations to deliver end-to-end product releases.
• Work with leadership to validate assumptions, run rapid experiments, and quickly scale validated features.
• Communicate product vision and updates clearly to internal and external stakeholders.

5. Data, Analytics & Optimization

• Use data insights (qualitative + quantitative) to guide product decisions and prioritize roadmap items.
• Establish KPIs for engagement, activation, readiness scoring, conversions, and marketplace velocity.
• Drive A/B testing, usability testing, and continuous design optimization.

6. Team Leadership

• Build and lead a

  world-class product design & product management team

  over time.
• Create an environment of rapid iteration, high craftsmanship, and customer obsession.

Key Requirements

Must-Have

• 10+ years of digital product management/design experience

  , including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to

  own the entire product lifecycle end-to-end

  .
• Expertise in

  story-telling, product concepting, low-fidelity prototyping, UX, UI, CX

  , and simple visual design.
• Strong experience building

  web + mobile products

  , ideally in consumer internet, AI, HR-tech, or marketplace environments.
• Ability to take founder vision and convert it into structured product frameworks, narratives, and prototypes.
• Strong understanding of

  user personas

  across different segments—students, job seekers, gig workers, businesses, communities.
• Ability to build

  minimalistic, clean, modern designs

  without unnecessary complexity.
• Deep familiarity with tools such as Figma, Miro, Notion, Jira, analytics tools, and product documentation systems.
• Strong understanding of

  AI-powered workflows, agents, automation, and workflow orchestration

  (preferred, not mandatory).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Location Preference

• Strong preference for NCR-based candidates

  (Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida) due to rapid collaboration cycles with founders.
