iTuring.ai is seeking a Delivery Head for our ZERO code AI platform which offers End to End data Science Machine Learning (DSML) solutions to financial services, a key leadership role within our Customer Success & Solutions Delivery team. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by working closely with the Sales, Product, and Delivery teams to develop and deliver strategic, value-driven solutions to clients. You will be responsible for Understanding business problems, customer’s pian point, conceptualizing analytics solution and Delivering End to End AI projects.

The role will require deep expertise in the financial services domain, including the ability to engage with clients, understand their business challenges, and present tailored solutions. As a leader, you will mentor and guide a team of customer success professionals and help scale the organization’s efforts in this growing market.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Solution Design & Strategy:

o Engage with prospective clients to understand their strategic business needs and identify how data science and ML can solve their challenges.

o Lead development & deployment of dynamic credit risk scorecard, fraud detection solution, customer acquisition, Next best product Recommendation solution, etc.

o Develop and Implement AI strategy to impact customer’s bottom-line revenue, save cost and measure impact of AI and present to clients.

o Skill in developing and analyzing product-specific solutions within banking domain varying across underwriting/monitoring loan portfolios, developing risk & collections scorecards, loss forecasting amongst others

o Ability to work with key stakeholders across businesses, client portfolio teams to derive insights and calibrate model performance

o Ability to present the findings of the analysis & insights to stakeholders and hold presentations

o Conceptualizing feature derivation and helping data scientist to code features for modelling

o Create and deliver high-impact, customized presentations, demonstrations, and proposals showcasing our Automated AI and ML capabilities.

o Provide subject matter expertise on AI, ML, big data analytics, and related technologies.

o Lead product demonstrations, align iTuring.ai to the vision of the customers’ goals, lead the Proof of Value process, and quantify the business impact of iTuring.ai.

Leadership & Team Management:

o Lead and mentor a team of Data Scientist & Data Engineer professionals, providing guidance on best practices for solution development, client interactions, and overall customer success.

o Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Product teams to ensure seamless handover and successful project execution.

o Define the customer onboarding process and develop standardized materials and templates for RFPs, proposals, and client engagements.

o Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the solutions offered are cutting-edge.

o Demonstrate thought leadership and convince customer to track value generated though AI & ML Act and work as a trusted advisor on AI across the customer lifecycle; build champions by enabling customers to solve complex data science problems using iTuring.ai - including problem framing, data preparation, scripting, model building, model deployment, model management, and output consumption

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education:

o Master’s degree or MBA and bachelor’s degree in engineering, Data Science, or a related field.

Experience:

o 10+ years of experience in the field of data science, or machine learning with at least 5 years in a Solution Engineering leadership role.

o Proven track record of leading successful delivery for complex AI and ML solutions, with a deep understanding of the customer onboarding process.

o Strong understanding of data engineering, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning technologies.

o Strong domain knowledge in developing credit risk scorecard, debt collection scorecard, customer acquisition scorecard etc. for financial services.

o Ability to lead and mentor a team of data scientist & data engineer, providing coaching and growth opportunities.

Technical & Soft Skills:

Technical:

o Deep knowledge in designing and conceptualizing AI & ML solution, predictive modeling, and building analytics pipelines for banking or insurance.

o Strong knowledge of big data technologies, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and analytics tools.

o Familiarity with emerging trends in artificial intelligence, deep learning, NLP, and automated machine learning.

Soft:

o Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present to executives and technical teams.
