iTuring.ai is seeking a strategic and results-driven B2B Product Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market strategy for our ZERO code AI platform which offers End to End data Science Machine Learning (DSML) solutions to financial services. In this role, you will develop positioning, messaging, content and sales enablement strategies that drive product take up and revenue growth. You will work closely with the technical product team, sales team, and customer success teams to ensure our AI solutions resonate with key financial industry stakeholders, including banks, insurance companies, lenders and fintechs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution

oWork with the demand generation team to help develop and execute go- to-market (GTM) plans.

oDefine ideal customer profiles (ICPs) within banking, insurance, lending and fintechs, and support the demand generation team with content and product positioning.

oCollaborate with the technical product team to align marketing strategies with product roadmaps.

oSupport sales teams with branding, collateral and execution of conferences, webinars and events.

Messaging & Positioning

oWork with public relations and communication companies to craft compelling messages and value propositions that highlight how iTuring's AI platform addresses key challenges in financial services.

oDevelop tailored narratives for different decision makers, including data scientists, C-level executives, and risk officers.

oWork with local teams and suppliers to develop localized content for media, social media, local website directories and local trade publications.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis

oUnderstand trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.

oProvide insights that shape product development and marketing strategies to ensure that iTuring.ai maintains sustainable competitive advantages.

oProvide information to the sales teams to manage sales discussions related to competitive advantage.

Sales Enablement & Thought Leadership

oDevelop sales collateral, whitepapers, case studies, and battle cards that empower the sales team to effectively communicate our AI platform's value.

oTrain sales teams on product positioning and competitive differentiation.

oSupport customer success teams in driving product adoption and upsell opportunities.

oOversee the development of industry reports, webinars, and blog content that establish iTuring.ai as a thought leader in AI for financial services.

Customer & Partner Engagement

oGather customer insights and feedback to refine messaging and inform product improvements.

oDevelop a partner engagement strategy to keep partners informed of key developments and to

keep partners informed about iTuring.ai's sustainable competitive advantages and positioning

oDevelop partner specific sales collateral and battle cards.

oDevelop a iTuring.ai user community to grow the iTuring.ai brand and to support the utilization of the platform.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education:

oMaster's Degree in Marketing or a related field.

Experience:

o5+ years in B2B product marketing, preferably within AI/ML/DS or SaaS.

oStrong understanding of financial services, including banking, insurance, lending and fintechs.

oFamiliarity with AI applications in risk assessment, fraud detection, customer analytics and similar is a plus.

Skills:

oAbility to translate complex AI capabilities into clear business benefits for financial services decision-makers. o Experience crafting go-to-market strategies and executing integrated marketing campaigns.

oStrong storytelling, messaging, and content development skills.

oProficiency in marketing automation, CRM platforms, and analytics tools.

oExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present to executives and technical teams.

oStrong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions. o Strong business acumen, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.

oAbility to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of AI experts, data scientists, sales professionals and financial services industry professionals.
