Head of Delivery

Role Overview

• Own

  end-to-end delivery

  of all client projects and product-led deployments at AutoVRse - from contract sign-off to successful deployment and scale-up.
• Build and lead a

  high-performance delivery organization

  spanning Project Management, Learning Experience Design, and cross-functional coordination with Tech, Art, and Sales.
• Own accountability for

  timelines, quality, and gross margins

  across all engagements.
• Streamline and own concrete delivery processes, cadences, and SLAs.
• Partner closely with the top management to ensure we deliver

  repeatable, scalable, profitable VR training deployments

  for global enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Execution

·       Own delivery outcomes for all projects including scope, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction.

Client Communication & Stakeholder Management

Executive Sponsor

·       Supervise regular sync-ups, demos, and milestone reviews with clients.

·       Manage change requests, align expectations, and ensure smooth communication flow.

Team Coordination & Leadership

Project Manager

·       Provide functional leadership for adjacent teams such as Art, Learning Experience Design and Tech.

·       Drive resource planning, priorities and timelines across teams

Process & Quality Improvement
