Head of Delivery

Role Overview: As the Head of Delivery at Kanerika Inc., you will be responsible for managing delivery teams working on multiple technologies across data AI/ML, LLM, integration, automation, and analytics. You will act as the technology champion for customers, develop and implement delivery strategies, methodologies, and best practices to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. Your role will involve leveraging business acumen, maintaining/building strong relationships across the organization, prioritizing and planning complex tasks, participating in management meetings, mentoring and coaching team members, implementing organizational policies consistently, and demonstrating punctuality, commitment, and proactive communication. You will be expected to collaborate with other functions for the success of the company and implement processes that are data and goal-driven. Key Responsibilities: - Manage delivery teams working on various technologies related to data AI/ML, LLM, integration, automation, and analytics - Act as the technology champion for customers and develop/implement delivery strategies and best practices - Leverage business acumen and subject matter expertise to optimize efficiency - Prioritize and plan complex tasks, deliver with consistent updates, and participate in management meetings - Mentor, coach, and identify star performers within the teams - Demonstrate punctuality, commitment, proactive communication, and quality in all aspects of influence - Collaborate with other functions for the success of the company and implement data-driven processes Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's/master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent - 15+ years of experience in leading design and software delivery teams - Technical proficiency in Java/.Net, databases (SQL Server, CITUS, Mongo, Oracle), Kafka/RabbitMQ, CI/CD, Selenium, cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) - Awareness of data warehousing, AI/ML, and RPA concepts - Experience in client-facing environments, client relationship management, and managing multiple clients/projects - Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and project management methodologies - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Experience leading the Technical Delivery of Enterprise Data management projects Join Kanerika and be part of a passionate and innovative team where your talents are recognized, your growth is nurtured, and your contributions make a real impact.
