Role Description


This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Lead. The individual will take charge of identifying and generating leads, conducting market research, and building partnerships to foster business growth. Key responsibilities include nurturing client relationships, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with internal teams to align business development strategies with organizational goals. The role involves delivering high-quality market insights and optimizing the company's growth initiatives.

Qualifications


  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and deliver actionable insights.
  • Exceptional Communication skills for effective client engagement, team collaboration, and professional presentations.
  • Expertise in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify, qualify, and nurture business opportunities.
  • Customer Service skills to build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively in a remote setting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and business development software is preferred.
  • Proven experience in the IT industry with a focus on custom software and IT solutions.
