A Firm into Artificial Intelligence (AI) enabled Growth Agency is looking for someone from the same Industry with around 10 years of experience in Business Development
Experience of more than 5 years in Business Development for Digital Marketing Powerhouse is a must for this role
Responsibilities :
Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a scalable sales strategy aligned with business goals and revenue targets
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with enterprise and midmarket clients across sectors
Client Acquisition: Own the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation and pitching to negotiation and closure
Partnerships & Alliances: Build strategic relationships with agencies, technology partners, and platforms to drive business growth
Revenue Management: Forecast, track, and report revenue performance, ensuring consistent achievement of targets
Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a team of sales and business development professionals
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, delivery, and account management teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction
Market Intelligence: Stay updated with SEO trends, competitor activities, and digital marketing innovations to refine offerings
