 Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Operations Manager, located in Noida. The Business Operations Manager will oversee and manage daily operations, ensuring organizational efficiency and effectiveness. Tasks include coordinating various business activities, developing and implementing operational policies, managing budgets and financial plans, analyzing data to deliver actionable insights, and collaborating with different departments to drive program success.

Coordinate between departments: Tech, Sales, HR, BD, and Accounts

Track daily team activities, deliverables, and progress

Support internal communication and basic reporting

Assist leadership with scheduling, client updates, and operational tasks

Contribute to organizing both client services and product delivery workflows

 Qualifications

Recent MBA graduate (Operations/General/Business)

Proven experience in Business Operations and Operations Management skills

Strong Analytical Skills

Program Management experience

Proficiency in Finance management

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively and manage cross-functional teams

Relevant experience in the IT industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field

Strong communication and organisation skills

Problem-solving attitude and willingness to take ownership

Basic knowledge of Google Workspace / MS Office

Self-driven, responsible, and eager to grow in a startup setting
