Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure productivity and efficiency.
  
• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  
• Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvements.
  
• Collaborate with various departments for smooth workflow execution.
  

Team & Stakeholder Coordination

• Lead and mentor the operations team.
  
• Coordinate with support and project teams for aligned operations.
  
• Ensure timely communication and reporting to management.
  

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Track operational KPIs and prepare periodic reports.
  
• Provide actionable insights for management decision-making.
  
• Resolve operational challenges and enhance customer satisfaction.
  

Compliance & Quality Assurance

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
  
• Maintain quality benchmarks across all operations.
  
• Conduct operational audits and implement corrective actions.
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (

  MBA preferred

  ).
• 35 years of experience in business operations or a similar role.
  
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office, operations tools, and reporting dashboards.
