Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Lead (Commission + Growth Equity). The Business Development Lead will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, conducting market research, building and maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop growth strategies. Daily tasks will include client outreach, proposal preparation, sales presentations, and performance tracking. The role requires a proactive approach to market expansion and achieving revenue targets.

Help generate leads and close deals

Talk to job candidates during hiring

Take ownership of communication and coordination

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and Market Research abilities
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in Lead Generation
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in sales, business development, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred

🎓 Preferred Education (Not Mandatory):

BBA, B.Com, BA (English), B.Tech, or similar

B.Tech+MBA (Marketing/Sales, Finance, etc) is a bonus
