Job Summary

We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Head of Branding & Marketing to lead Jivika’s brand presence and marketing initiatives across the globe. This role will be responsible for defining brand identity, driving visibility across platforms, leading innovative campaigns, and strengthening customer engagement. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with creative execution, ensuring Jivika continues to grow as a purpose-led brand with strong global recognition.


Brand Strategy & Development

  • Develop and implement long-term strategies for brand growth and market positioning.
  • Define and maintain the brand's identity, values, and voice.
  • Create actionable plans for both digital and traditional media.
  • Ensure brand language and messaging consistency across platforms.


Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct market research to understand target audiences, product demand, and market gaps.
  • Analyze trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to stay ahead of the market.
  • Monitor brand performance using KPIs such as awareness, engagement, and customer satisfaction.


Marketing Campaign Management

  • Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Drive social media, SEO/SEM, influencer collaborations, and content visibility.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all internal and external communications.
  • Manage advertising and marketing budgets effectively for maximum ROI.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with product development, sales, and design teams to align brand strategy with business objectives.
  • Guide product positioning and ensure brand identity is reflected in packaging, design, and campaigns.
  • Create and manage brand guidelines, toolkits, and marketing collateral.


Financial Management

  • Oversee brand-related profit & loss, including budgets for advertising, packaging, and R&D.
  • Analyze sales performance, pricing strategies, and optimize spending across campaigns.


Brand Reputation & Loyalty

  • Build and maintain a strong, positive brand image to foster customer trust and loyalty.
  • Drive customer experience and engagement initiatives to strengthen long-term relationships.
  • Monitor online presence and take proactive measures to manage brand reputation.


Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making.


Requirements

4–6 years of proven experience in branding, marketing, and communications with leadership roles.

Strong expertise in social media marketing, SEO/SEM, digital advertising, and campaign management.

Experience in managing brand strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and P&L responsibilities.

Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and creative storytelling skills.

Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire teams.

Experience in FMCG, D2C, Retail, Wellness, or similar consumer-facing industries preferred
