Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Head of Brand Marketing, located in Gurugram with some work-from-home flexibility. The Head of Brand Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies, enhancing brand awareness, and managing brand marketing initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing brand management activities, conducting market research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency. The role also involves monitoring competitive landscape, analyzing marketing performance, and ensuring alignment with company goals.

Qualifications

• Brand Marketing, Brand Strategy, and Brand Awareness skills with 7+ years of exp.
• Expertise in Marketing and Brand Management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Experience in travel, events, or hospitality industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
