Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive - MICE, located in Gurugram with some work from home acceptable. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales in the MICE segment. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, coordinating with the event planning team, and ensuring client satisfaction. Additionally, the Sales Executive will be responsible for preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in the travel and events industry, particularly MICE
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Project Management and Organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
