Job Description

Role: Head of Brand

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive the overall brand strategy across digital-first channels, with selective offline brand initiatives to build awareness and trust.
  • Lead brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling in line with business and growth objectives, drawing on strong D2C brand-building experience.
  • Oversee digital brand marketing across performance, content, social, influencer, and community channels, ensuring consistency and impact.
  • Plan and execute offline brand touchpoints (events, partnerships, activations, retail/OOH pilots) where relevant.
  • Work closely with growth, product, and leadership teams to align brand with customer acquisition, engagement, and retention goals.
  • Manage and mentor a small in-house team (23 members), setting clear goals, reviewing performance, and enabling execution excellence.
  • Track brand health metrics, campaign performance, and consumer insights to continuously refine strategy.
