Head of Brand Marketing

About the Role:

We're looking for a career brand marketer to join our flat organization as Head of Brand Marketing. You'll lead brand strategy and execution, driving growth and visibility for Zeno Health. Our ideal candidate has a "High Agency" attitude and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute brand strategy for Zeno Health

- Lead a team of 8, driving creative effectiveness, distinctiveness, and reach

- Drive social media and influencer marketing

- Oversee store branding and marketing

- Establish and grow market research practice

- Collaborate with leadership to drive business impact

- Expand scope to include brand architecture, trade PR, cause marketing, and more

Requirements:

- 7-10 years of brand marketing experience

- Retail/health industry experience preferred

- Strong creative and analytical skills

- Ability to lead and inspire a team

- High agency attitude and strong work ethic
