About the Role

Policybazaar.com is looking for a driven professional to join the Life Insurance division as Product Engineering & Analytics Head. This role involves owning business strategy, product execution, and analytics with high visibility and impact.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with business leadership to define and drive long-term business strategy
• Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to scale the business
• Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely execution of strategic initiatives
• Analyze data to identify gaps and growth opportunities
• Work with Product teams to streamline and improve the end-to-end customer journey

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Master’s degree in Management or a graduate degree from Tier-1 engineering institutions
• Experience in driving alignment across cross-functional teams
• Comfort working in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
• Exposure to start-ups or high-growth companies is a plus.
