Head of Analytics

The VP Data Analytics will be responsible for building a unified view of business performance across all departments, creating compelling data stories, and enabling leadership to make better, faster, and more informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:-

Analytics & Reporting

?

? Design, implement, and maintain dashboards and scorecards that clearly show where each department stands against goals and benchmarks.

? Ensure reporting consistency, accuracy, and timeliness for leadership reviews.

Storytelling & Insights:

? Translate data into clear, concise, and actionable insights for leadership.

? Build narratives that highlight trends, risks, and opportunities.

? Provide forward-looking analysis to help shape business strategies.

Cross-Functional Engagement:-

? Partner with business leaders to understand priorities and translate them into analytics needs.

? Standardize KPIs and definitions across the organization for alignment.

? Act as a trusted advisor to the C-suite, helping guide strategic and operational decisions.

Team Leadership:-

? Drive adoption of modern BI and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.).

? Build scalable processes and governance for enterprise reporting.

Qualifications & Experience:-

?

? Proven track record of building enterprise dashboards, performance reporting systems, and executive-level presentations.

? Strong expertise in data visualization tools and KPI frameworks.

? Excellent communication and storytelling skills ability to simplify complex data into executive-ready insights.

? Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and influencing cross-functional decisions.

? Solid understanding of business processes across multiple functions (sales, finance, operations, etc.).
