Job Description

Strategic HR Leadership

  • Develop and implement a cohesive HR strategy aligning with business goals of all verticals.
  • Collaborate with Founders and Business Heads to forecast manpower requirements and build long-term workforce plans.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on organizational design, succession planning, and workforce optimization.

HR Policy Development & Compliance

  • Design, document, and implement company-wide HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with statutory regulations (PF, ESI, Shops & Establishments, Factories Act, etc.).
  • Standardize processes across verticals while allowing for business-specific needs.

Talent Acquisition & Retention

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across businesses.
  • Build a strong employer brand to attract top talent across industries.
  • Develop retention strategies, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives to reduce attrition.

Performance Management

  • Institutionalize a performance management framework integrating KRAs & KPIs for all functions.
  • Facilitate quarterly and annual reviews, linking performance to rewards and development.
  • Drive a high-performance culture through continuous feedback and coaching.

Organizational Development & Culture Building

  • Champion cultural transformation across verticals ensuring values-based leadership.
  • Design training and capability-building programs to upskill workforce.
  • Facilitate leadership workshops, team-building activities, and cross-functional collaboration.

Payroll & Compensation Management

  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for ~1000 employees.
  • Benchmark compensation structures against industry standards.
  • Develop incentive and reward programs linked to business performance.

Employee Grievance & Disciplinary Handling

  • Set up transparent grievance redressal mechanisms across all units.
  • Manage disciplinary proceedings in line with labor laws and company values.
  • Act as the custodian of employee relations ensuring a fair and positive work environment.

Manpower Planning & Forecasting

  • Map ~1000 workforce across all verticals in line with business pipeline.
  • Optimize manpower allocation to control overtime and rationalize workforce periodically.
  • Implement productivity metrics to measure and improve workforce efficiency.

    Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

  • Education

    : MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
  • Experience

    : 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably with exposure to

    manufacturing, retail, and export sectors

    .
  • Proven experience in scaling HR processes for organizations with 1000+ workforce.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and compliance frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with founders/entrepreneurs and build HR as a strategic partner.
  • Excellent people leadership, communication, and change management skills
