Key Responsibilities

- Business Development & Market Expansion

- Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities.

- Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs).
- Create and implement go-to-market strategies for rapid penetration and brand positioning. - Explore partnerships with real estate developers and turnkey project firms for modular solutions.

Sales & Revenue Growth

- Drive sales targets, ensuring steady order flow to the factory while maintaining profitability.
- Prepare BoQ, Develop pricing models, proposals, and presentations tailored to client requirements. - Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure timely payment collections.

Strategy & Execution

- Define short-term and long-term growth strategies.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market benchmarking to ensure INV Home remains ahead in the luxury segment. - Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met without compromising margins.

Skills & Competencies

- Excellent business acumen with a proven track record in driving revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and directly with top management. - Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability. - Passion for luxury interiors, modular solutions, and design trends.
