Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Manage the MDs calendar, schedule appointments, and organize meetings. Handle correspondence, emails, and calls, prioritizing and responding as needed. Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documentation. Meeting Coordination: Plan and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes. Follow up on action items and ensure timely execution. Strategic Assistance: Conduct research, analyze data, and provide insights to support decision-making. Assist in tracking key business metrics and project progress. Communication Management: Serve as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders. Draft and review emails, letters, and other communications on behalf of the MD. Travel Arrangements: Organize domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, and transportation. Handle visa applications and other travel-related documentation.
