As the Head Chef at Aum Hospitality Consultants, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the daily kitchen operations at Dapoli & Alibaug Resort properties. This will involve designing menus, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Your role will also include tasks such as inventory management, cost control, and maintaining high-quality food preparation and presentation. Additionally, collaborating with management to align culinary offerings with the overall brand and guest experience goals will be crucial. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily kitchen operations at Dapoli & Alibaug Resort properties - Design menus and ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation - Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling - Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards - Manage inventory and control costs effectively - Collaborate with management to align culinary offerings with brand and guest experience goals Qualifications Required: - Extensive culinary skills with experience in menu design, food preparation, and presentation - Knowledge of Malvani Cuisine is mandatory, especially seafood - Proven management skills in leading and managing kitchen staff - Expertise in inventory management, cost control, and food safety compliance - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Creativity and innovation in creating unique and appealing dishes - Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or a related field preferred - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting - Strong understanding of local and global culinary trends,
