Business Development Head

This is a leadership role requiring strong commercial negotiation skills, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to manage a team driving acquisition targets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify new hotel supply for onboarding & expansion in allocated region
Negotiate commercials, revenue models & agreements with property owners Lead a team of BD managers to achieve monthly acquisition targets Ensure smooth onboarding, branding, and availability of sellable inventory Build strong relations with partners to deepen long-term business Monitor portfolio performance, competition mapping & pricing movements Drive operational readiness during onboarding & property activation Take ownership of field escalations, conflict resolution & partner satisfaction Reduce churn & ensure consistent business contribution from every hotel onboarded

Skill Requirements

Strong Experience in Hotel/Real Estate/Aggregator Acquisitions
Negotiation, Deal Closing & Stakeholder Management Ability to Lead & Motivate Field BD Teams Analytical Mindset & Data Understanding Excellent Communication & Relationship Management Skills Comfortable with Travel + On-Ground Market Work

Ideal Background

• Experience in Hotel Acquisition / Expansion / Real Estate Supply
  
• Prior exposure to hospitality or B2B field business preferred
  
• 710 years overall experience with 3+ years in people leadership
