Work Location - Hyderabad ONLY.

Position Overview:

The Business Development Head is responsible for leading the growth strategy, identifying new business opportunities, building high-value partnerships, and driving revenue expansion. This role requires strong strategic thinking, leadership, networking ability, and a deep understanding of market dynamics. The ideal candidate is a proactive, results-driven leader with experience scaling business operations.

Work Location - Hyderabad ONLY.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Growth

Develop and execute the companys business development strategy aligned with organizational goals.

Identify new markets, customer segments, and revenue opportunities.

Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

Sales & Revenue Leadership

Own the revenue targets and build a scalable sales pipeline.

Lead end-to-end sales processes including lead generation, pitching, negotiations, and closures.

Develop pricing strategies and business proposals.

Partnerships & Alliances

Identify, evaluate, and secure strategic partnerships to expand market reach.

Maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry leaders.

Team Leadership

Build, mentor, and lead the business development and sales teams.

Set KPIs, track performance, and ensure continuous improvement.

Work closely with marketing, product, finance, and operations teams to support business initiatives.

Provide market insights to influence product development and marketing strategies.

Reporting & Forecasting

Present periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior leadership.

Monitor ROI of business development activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Experience:

8–15+ years of experience in business development or sales, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role (preferebly in Fashion).

Proven track record of generating revenue and scaling business operations.

Skills:

Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to build long-term client relationships.

Leadership and team-building capabilities.

High level of business acumen and market awareness.
