Job Summary:

Key Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in

  Electrical / Mechanical Engineering

  ; MBA in Marketing / Energy Management preferred.
• Minimum

  8 years of experience

  in Business Development within

  Solar EPC / Renewable Energy, with at least 2-3 years in BESS or Energy Storage

  domain.
• Strong understanding of energy storage technologies (Li-ion, hybrid systems, grid-tied/off-grid applications).
• Proven track record of handling end-to-end business development cycles from lead generation to project closure.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems)

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with commercial, industrial, and utility clients.

• Formulate and execute go-to-market strategies for solar + storage projects.

• Collaborate with internal technical, design, and project execution teams to prepare techno-commercial proposals.

• Establish strategic partnerships with OEMs, technology providers, and financial institutions.

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and policy tracking to identify emerging trends and opportunities. • Prepare and present proposals, business cases, and project reports to management and clients.

• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets while maintaining profitability.

• Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility.
