Requirements: Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field. 12-15 years of experience in the design and engineering of battery energy storage systems, with a focus on lithium-ion battery technology. Experience managing a team of engineers and designers, with the ability to inspire and motivate the team to achieve results. Strong understanding of safety regulations and standards in the energy storage industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience working with government agencies and regulatory bodies is a plus. Experience working in the Indian market is preferred.
