Supervise BESS assembly, monitor schedules, ensure quality/safety, coordinate with R&D, improve processes, train teams, handle battery safety, support QA/logistics, and maintain production records. Required Candidate profile BE/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical with 2–5 yrs in battery or power system assembly. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, with a Masters degree in Business Administration or Project Management being optional.
