Ensuring Type tests, certifications are updated for credentials as per market needs and customer QR requirements at any given time. Product & Process Quality Oversee the quality control and assurance of all products: AIS (Air Insulated Switchgear) panel fabrication, insulation testing, dielectric testing. VCB (Vacuum Circuit Breakers) – assembly accuracy, vacuum integrity, contact resistance. In Process & Pre dispatch inspection. Design and implement testing protocols for type testing, routine testing, and factory acceptance tests (FAT). Ensure robust documentation and traceability for every stage of production. Quality Systems & Audits Maintain and enhance the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. Lead internal and external audits (third-party, customer, and certifying agencies). Develop quality manuals, work instructions, process flowcharts, and control plans.
