1. Oversee effective implementation of the Quality Management system throughout the company
2. Maintain the Quality Manuals and Quality Procedures and ensure contents are appropriate to the business.
3. Coordinate the review of Quality procedures associated with plant continuous improvement initiatives
4. Organize and manage the plant Internal audit system and corrective action reporting system
5. Host external Quality system audits
6. Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001 & ISO45001
7. Sound knowledge of the MS office
8. Take the lead of Business excellence activities throughout the organization
9. Implementation of Kaizen culture throughout the organization
10. Support and lead process improvement activities.
