Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Maintaining the Financials as per Accounting Standards and Companys Policy and procedures.
Leading the Finance Team with the motivation towards the objective of the Units growth
Re-defining the Roles and responsibility of Finance Team as an when required
Maintaining and monitoring the Product Costing and advising time to time SBU Head / Corporate Finance for Negative Gross Margin of the product supplied/To be supplied.
Support the Head office in achieving its Goal , contributing in strategic decision in day to day activities of Units with regards to Financial & Business Controls in line with corporate guide lines.
Marinating & Controlling the Cash flow to achieve the day to day operation of Unit
Preparation of Opex , Capex Budget and reviewing & Controlling the same.
Getting internal & external Audit for the operation of the Unit financials.
Ensuring the Statutory compliance i.e. Direct & Indirect Taxes, Labour law compliances & Other Laws for Mfg Uint.
Ensuring the adequate insurance coverage for all kind of financial Risk Mitigation for Uint.
Ensuring timely and accurate submission MIS to Corporate, External Authorities like Banks, Cost Auditors, Internal & External Auditors, Insurance Agency as and when required.
Implementing/Upgrading ERP Automation for Units day to day activities with the support of SBU Heads , Other Head of Departments
Ensuring the proper storage of Financial Records of the Unit
