Sales Leadership Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and surpass revenue targets both in Products and Solutions Vertical. Team Building Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. 1. Financial Management: Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements as per IND AS. Period closing activities including costing run. Manage day-to-day accounting activities such as accounts payable/receivable, general ledger review, and reconciliations. Monitor financial transactions and ensure accuracy in accounting records. Implement internal financial controls and procedures to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and organizational policies. 2. Inventory Accounting and Control Experience in accounting, review and age wise analysis of Raw Materials (RM)/Finished Goods (FG)/ Sub-Finished Goods (SFG)/ Work-in-progress (WIP) Inventory valuation and IFC on inventory. Overhead absorption accounting and cost accounting of Inventories and periodic review of Standard rates. 3. Compliance and Audit: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to accounting and taxation. Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits and reviews. Implement recommendations from audits to improve internal controls and processes. Quarterly audit of books of accounts (internal and statutory) 4. MIS Reports Preparation of daily/weekly/monthly/Quarterly/Yearly management reports. Budgeting and forecasting of financials segment wise Expenses accounting and review Responsible for Payroll Audit & CTC Reconciliation. Knowledge of monitoring Project accounting and control of Product cost. 5. Taxation (desirable): Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and filing requirements, including income tax, GST, and other indirect taxes applicable in India. Prepare and file tax returns accurately and on time. 5. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts. Analyse financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making. Monitor budget performance and recommend corrective actions as necessary. SKILL SETS: Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations in India. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or ERP systems) and advanced Excel skills. Excellent analytical and communication skills are essential.
