Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Financial Planning and Management

• Develop and implement long-term financial strategies aligned with business goals.
  
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  
• Partner with business units to drive financial performance and accountability.
  
• Analyze financial data to provide insights and support decision-making.
  

Financial Operations and Controls

• Oversee accounting functions ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards.
  
• Establish and enforce strong internal controls and compliance frameworks.
  
• Manage tax planning and compliance (direct and indirect taxes).
  
• Lead risk management initiatives and manage treasury operations, liquidity, and working capital.
  

Compliance and Regulatory Management

• Ensure compliance with RBI and other regulatory requirements applicable to NBFCs.
  
• Prepare and review regulatory reports and coordinate with auditors and regulatory bodies.
  
• Stay updated with changing financial and compliance regulations.
  

Team Leadership

• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing finance team.
  
• Drive a culture of accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement.
  
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  

Other Functional Areas

• Manage credit facilities and relationships with financial institutions.
  
• Monitor legal and compliance issues related to lending operations.
  
• Assess and manage portfolio risk and support sustainable growth.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a regulated NBFC environment is

  mandatory

• Track record of leading financial strategy and operations at scale
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
