Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate potential land parcels and partnership opportunities for new developments.
Lead negotiations for Joint Venture (JV) and Joint Development Agreement (JDA) structures.
Conduct site evaluations, feasibility studies, and financial analyses for potential projects.
Collaborate with developers, consultants, and legal teams for due diligence and documentation.
Monitor market trends, pricing, and development regulations (DCR/DCPR).
Build and maintain relationships with landowners, IPCs, and channel partners.
Strategize project approvals, permissions, and timelines based on market dynamics.
Prepare business cases and comparative financial models for management decision-making.
Oversee end-to-end deal closure including structuring, valuation, and agreement execution.
Provide strategic inputs on new market entry, project mix, and development models (JV/JDA/DMF).

Desired Candidate Profile:

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture.
Postgraduate degree in Management or related field preferred.
2025 years of experience in Business Development within a Real Estate Developer firm.
Strong understanding of feasibility, valuation, and deal structuring.
Excellent networking, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
In-depth knowledge of real estate laws, DCR/DCPR, and approval processes.
Proven track record of closing strategic land and JV transactions.
