Job Title: Business Development Head Sunday Hotels

About the Role

Business Development Head

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end hotel/property acquisition – from sourcing to final closure
Build strong relationships with hotel owners, developers, and investors
Create and execute expansion strategies aligned to business growth targets
Conduct feasibility assessments, financial evaluations & commercial due-diligence
Negotiate and finalize commercials, management contracts & revenue-share agreements
Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Projects & Operations for seamless onboarding
Monitor market trends, competitor activity & emerging business opportunities
Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows & networking forums

Requirements

Minimum
7+ years
of experience in hospitality: business development / acquisitions / expansion
Proven track record of closing large-value deals and driving portfolio growth
Strong communication, commercial negotiation & relationship management skills
Ability to travel across regions and manage multiple high-impact deals
