We are a leading Solar EPC company committed to driving Indias renewable energy transition through sustainable and cost-effective solar solutions. We specialize in residential, commercial, and industrial solar rooftop projects under government and private schemes.

Role Overview:

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of solar rooftop (residential/commercial) and EPC business models.

• In-depth understanding of PM Surya Ghar and related MNRE policies.

• Proven experience in sales, channel development, and project coordination.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

• Ability to work with government stakeholders and manage subsidy processes.

Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

• MBA in Marketing / Energy Management preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales targets for PM Surya Ghar projects.
• Identify and onboard new channel partners, distributors, and installation partners across regions.
• Drive customer acquisition campaigns and ensure effective lead conversion.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Projects, and Finance) for smooth execution and timely delivery.
• Maintain relationships with government agencies, DISCOMs, and nodal bodies for scheme-related approvals.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and government policy updates to identify business opportunities.
• Manage and mentor the BD team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Ensure compliance with subsidy processes, documentation, and reporting as per PM Surya Ghar norms.
